Apple split the market into 7 regions: US, Canada, Japan, Australia, UK, Europe, and 'Rest of World'. You have to make $250USD in a region to get payment for it. If you don't, then that total is carried over to the next month until you.
The total you make comes from all your app sales for that month. The financial report tallies all your different apps so $150+$150 would qualify.
So if you're lucky and made the minimum in each region, you'd expect 7 payments from Apple for that month.
