That's positive. Still waiting on a new app that I submitted Saturday PM...

Well the "lite" application I submitted on Saturday just got rejected (4.5 days). Why? Because I used the Standard refresh button in a way that would "possibly confuse" users.
Guess how I used it? To refresh a view contents! Just because the contents of the view changes does not mean the view hasn't been refreshed.
I wrote the following back to apple:
"The dictionary definition of Refresh is as follows: 'an act or function of updating the display on a screen'. As such my use of the Refresh button in no way contravenes its this definition and indeed the definition on Page 103 of the MobileHig". In fact you yourself (Apple) use the same button in Safari to "refresh" a page. Often the contents of the web page change when doing so. Can I suggest that you rename the button "Reload". This would more clearly indicate that the button is to be used to reloaded the same content"
What's more there are many apps using the refresh button just like I do. The inconsistency in the submission process is outstanding.
