Like most things they are actually very simple once you have the "Ah hah!" moment.
Have you read the UITableView Programming Guide?
Have you looked at all the table based example apps?
Have you gone through the table view tutorials on this very site?
Is there a specific part of table views that you have a question on (after reading the above)?
