I really don't know how we're supposed to conform to this, it sounds like an anti spam measure but think about what they're saying. A strict literal translation of this is that no app can be anything like any other app. It's a judgement call by the reviewer and it sounds to me like the op is unlucky to have this case handled unreasonably.
Surely tangled 2 would fall foul of this as well?

There are three new releases...same company...kids games...all have the same screenshots and description. They are basically all the same game.
The only difference?
