My fill rate is at least 70% everyday which is great. And I fall back on admob so I have basically 100% fill.
Don't worry about fill rate get a mediation layer like adwhirl and you'll have 100% fill all the time.
iAd fill rate is exceptional for me, especially given the eCPM.
