I also sent review requests to several review sites, offering a iTunes gift certificate or an ad-hoc version.
The only site to respond at all was iphonegamenetwork.com. They said they would write a review, but nothing yet. That was 5 days ago. I guess I should be patient... not sure how to get the other sites to review me.
