Thanks for sharing your marketing experience. We've had a similar experience, down to some of the same non-response with some of the review sites. I'm sure they are simply overwhelmed. I've had the best response from the following sites:

My new favorite review site is
gamesareevil.com. Their editors are VERY nice and have put together a wonderful gaming site for all platforms. They did a review of
Imangi and were nice enough to put up a
pre-release announcement for our new game
Imangi Word Squares.
