I used the below steps to send the data to php file

NSString *urlstr = [[NSString alloc] initWithFormat:@"http://myserver.com/test.php?Username=%@&Password=%@&clientcode=%i", strUserName,strPassword,intCCode];
NSURL *url = [[NSURL alloc] initWithString:urlstr];
NSString *ans =[NSString stringWithContentsOfURL:url];
