Yes, the final shipping release of revMobile will deploy native, self-contained iPhone Applications. There is no wrapper or special licensing required. It's also worth noting that revMobile is not exclusively for the iPhone, and as such there is great scope for deploying to other platforms as well, including Windows Mobile and Maemo.
