It is good that you want to design a web site for your app. That is one of the first things I use to check out an app. It always irritates me when I go to a web site and they have less information or just the same amount of information as the app store. I'm glad you are thinking it out
If you think your app will sell good, look for a designer on Craigslist or somewhere. But if you do not know how to design, my advice is get someone who does because you want to be sure it looks good.
