I haven't really explored the features of OpenFeint and AppCircle, but what is certainly unique about the IAA that will make the difference, is that the apps part of the network are guaranteed to be of quality. Anybody can join OpenFeint or AppCircle. The IAA Network will try to be an "elite network of indie apps".

What Piero needs to do is open up the App Review process, probably discuss it in a thread, so it will have more votes and opinions from the members.

If the website becomes successful opening a thread for every app would slow down the review process by a lot... but maybe a thread can be opened whenever there's a though decision to make about a review.

Another problem is the site hasn't been able to gain lots of traffic and members from what I had seen.

I've been working with Ken (the head guy at MindJuice) on a press release that I will send soon to several channels of distribution. I will also start contacting potential developers to see if they would want to join.
Sorry for all these posts (should I have replied all in one post?)
