Being the Alliance at its preliminary stage of life, it is up to myself to review all the apps that are submitted. But as I'll get to know people who join the Alliance and I'll know that I can trust their decisions I will certainly give reviewing rights to more persons. I could not incorporate everybody into the decision process for the simple reason that it would make the process too long. Maybe I could open a section in the forum where reviewers could ask the opinion of everybody about an app. That way the reviewer could hear the opinion of a neutral audience and finally make a decision.
