I would say, "Yeah they better watch out" if they didn't have all their legal bases covered.
What a lot of developers don't understand is they can remove every app from the app store right now if they pleased. Did you not read the Terms of Agreement? :P
Also, all these developers getting mad at Apple look silly, because part of me thinks they didn't even read their Removed From Sale email. It was
customer complaints that led you to get your app removed, blame them if anyone.
