Please... "free speech" and "free expression".. A lot of people seem to throw "I have right" everywhere without even a light of understanding of what "right for free speech" really is.

Right for "free speech" means one and only one thing: you will not be prosecuted CRIMINALLY for saying and expressing things.

Free speech and free expression rights doesn't mean that every private business is required to channel your expression through their media. Free speech doesn't mean, that you can go to mall and talk anything you like - they'll kick you out. Free speech doesn't mean that you can go to private university or private school and talk anything - they'll kick you out. The only thing free speech guarantees is that you will not end up in jail.

And claim about "insult to women" is also ridiculous. If I was a woman I'd feel quite uncomfortable browsing the appstore. How would you guys feel if the appstore was full of half-naked men? Why should women feel any different?


The only valid point is that Apple kept Playboy or SI. I wish somebody with enough money challenged Apple on that.
