teenagers can only access the appstore if they get an iPod touch for christmas from their parents. Parents don't buy a device for their kids which offers plenty of p.orn.
Plus 50% of the customers are women, on which it has a negative effect as mentioned before.
I think p.orn doesn't sell that much. The VHS betamax p.orn story is not valid anymore nowadays in a time where you have sexual content in all media all the time.
Look at Nintendo. Their products are the cleanest imaginable. No p.orn, no violence, nothing. And still their software products are completely dominating the games top sales lists.
Sex and violence doesn't sell that much.
