EVERYONE -
Apple is NOT the United States of America, even though they are located there. They DON'T have to give you "free speech" or whatever rights you are preaching.
They can, BY LAW, add and remove any app from the app store that they wish. It's not "scary", it's business. EVERY company in the USA does it. They can pick and choose who they let into their restaurants, their buildings, who they do business with, etc. The can judge you based on your credit score, what you buy, and what you wear.
A good example: Walmart doesn't let most explicit CD music albums on their shelves, so musicians create two version of the music, one being more family-friendly just for Walmart. And guess what? People still shop at Walmart regardless! And guess what? Musicians still edit the music for Walmart! And guess what? Walmart makes craploads of money!
It's business. Apple can do WHATEVER THEY WANT. Deal with it. Adjust your business model for it.
