I did, but now that you mention it, I have a question about that part, even if this isn't the best thread for it.
When it came to the part where you had to list a CEO, CFO, etc., I just gave my contact information for each. After all, I'm not a company and there was nobody else involved in the making of my app. Still, it felt weird to do that.
Is that what others do?
