Even if the screenshot IS from the full version, and not the lite version -- who cares? Where I'd agree with you that they are crossing the line is if they put a screenshot from an entirely different game. That would be a problem.
I think you should let it go, the severity of their actions is so minor, it makes you look strange for wanting to pursue them for it.
