Your suggestion and FTM's is the perfect solution.
But Apple could give a r*t's *ss what developers think.

That has been well documented on various developer blogs.
But guess what?
Apple is greedy.
So they will most likely do something like that, to recoup the revenues that "p*rn" generates.
The question is when...
Until then, your ready to submit apps will need to be retooled, to get approved under the new "rules".
Since we have no way of telling just how far Apple's new censorship will reach...Expect it to be a wide net.
