What do you mean by Sub Nib File?? Are you talking about the Nib File other than tha Main Nib File? What are you actually trying to achieve?
Basic Logic Flow for Tab Bar should be like this
1) Create a UIWindow
2) Create a Tab bar controller
3) Create Views for tabs in the Tab bar.
4) Attach Views to Tab Bar Controller.
5) Add tab bar controller to UIWindow
