You can just use touchesEnded, then just check if the touch occurred on the road or not.

-(void)touchesEnded:(NSSet *)touches withEvent:(UIEvent *)event{
  UITouch *touch = [touches anyObject];
  if(touch.view == myRoadView){
   ...
  }
}
