Anywho, there seem to be alot of up and down in the comments both on this thread an others regarding sales since iTunes 9 went up. While I think it may have had SOME effect, I think some people are blaming poor sales on it when it isn't warranted. Unless you were making 500 sales a day and it went to zero overnight I think the ups and downs are just the regular flow, or at least that would be my guess. |
Well, any one person's report is just anecdotal, and even all of us together are a bad sample. The thing that convinced me were the people (and I've heard from more than one) reporting that their sales went down, but their ranking stayed the same. There's only one way that's possible, and that's if sales went down overall.
