You get my point.
And now they're shutting YOU down for just one word?

Actually i got a letter from Apple the other day, saying they'd had a copyright issue from Popcap and gave me 5 days to sort it out or they'd pull all my apps. They game me an email address for popcap to reply to, so I wrote them an email and asked them what the problem is....this is the reply....
Hello Chris,
You include a references to our game and trademark Bejeweled in your application descriptions for Ballz and Matchem - Animalz. You are not authorized to use our trademark so I would appreciate it if you would take the word “Bejeweled” out of the descriptions. Thank you.
So I emailed back after removing ..." If you liked XXXX, or XXXXX or YYYYY or loved ZZZZZ, then you will love this app..." where one of the games I mentioned was bejelewed...
Problem solved...but I noticed recently that Popcap have now Registered Bejeweled as a Trademark so I probably wasn't the only one that got that email.
I forgot about the keywords, but in any case the public doesn't see them.
Maybe this is why they looked a lot more at the App.
This may also account for the delays recently...they are looking at the keywords as well....but rejecting the app because of a keyword is just down right stupid.
