They are not operating a fair system they pick and choose, I know this for a fact as I speak to lots of people at various big companies and they can get their apps approved very quickly. I pointed this out to Apple and I suddenly got 2 phone calls from Apple at 7:30am to tell me that this wasn't the case and everybody is treated the same...bullshit!!
If it wasn't true why the concern about ringing me, I sent them a list of big companies I know people at and the fact they told me that they can even get their app featured by Apple (because they are a big company), I think they were more concerned that I was speaking to other people. I've been in the Game industry for 25+ years and know a lot of people and what Apple are doing is pretty disgraceful.

A lot of app developers suspect just what you are saying.
And if true, it is totally unfair.
But unfortunately, there's not much any of us can do about it.
For the little guy, it truly is a crapshoot.
With heavy emphasis on the word cr*p.
