Any help would be greatly appreciated. My app is finished but I need to test it on the device before I can begin to submit. I'm kind of in a rush here.

Hit the same problem the other day, the wizard seems wonky at the moment.
You can create the provisioning profile under provisioning and clicking the distribution tab and then do new profile. Thats what I had to do.
