I just submitted my first app about an hour ago... now awaiting my first rejection so I can get on with life
Well reading around it seems my app is likely to be rejected. The 57pix icon is slightly different than the 512px icon (the big one has the name of the app on it) and it's really just dedicated to displaying one page (wikipedia random article). Well hopefully Apple will think it is novel enough to accept it.
